生產周期
爐內鋁合金液體通過精煉除氣除渣后，無法確保鋁液純凈;在產品鑄造前需對鋁液進行過濾，確保經過肉瓷過濾箱內的陶瓷過濾板后的鋁液無雜質。
鋁液過濾設備采用不粘鋁液注料預制成型，經高溫煅燒后具有高強度、耐高溫、耐沖劇，成型的過濾箱內村安裝于制箱體中，四周采用保溫隔熱材料填充，上部采用翻蓋式加熱蓋，可預熱溫度700℃-800℃(可自行設定)，加熱器采用碳化硅通過調功器控制加熱。
